Excellent video as always! just one thing that came to my mind as a d2 hardcore player for years: 14:28 u say that only way to cap fire resist i sacrificing other charms.. but in ur inventory i see u got tomes of tp and id... u could dump one tome of tps. just put 1 scroll on ''1'' slot on belt, then put 2xsc's of ur like with fire resist or a large with fhr or life or w/e and high fire resist and u are set. I like to go fcr instead of dwarf. with mana and all res (i try to aim at least to cover as same as maras) and then i go rising sun ammulet... for massive fire sorb. i use for trav and durance lvl 3. But as u said, there are so many options to build a char and all of them are right. hey, after all... Is the percent chance and level raised for lower resist when an act 5 frenzy Merc is dual wielding?

Also adding RAW attack rating to melee skills not just %attack rating to skyrocket AR.

When a class can crush players 2048. 100% its op lol. The player tests are pretty cut and dry. Annoying doesn't have anything to do is charecter/build strength.

One of the only way to combat bots would be to add personal loot, if people have their own loot they dont need/want to get the items by buying them, if people stop buying the items bots will cease to matter, really only bot/hack supports are opposed to personal loot

ha, i did the opposite of what you recommended. i went with summon and breezed through normal(8 player difficulty) until i got to diablo.......then spent like 45 minutes defeating him with just the clay golem and iron maiden........it was a very painful experience. but to be fair i did that before watching this video, now i'm spending more points in iron maiden for when i face baal.....my summons are strong enough as they are

Love the video. I'm late to the party but I'm so bored of my orb sorc and looking for a different build. Idk if the mana burn bug came back cause my 3k mana/1k life sorc gets mana melted in hell even with full res. But either way, I got plenty of tokens and spare gear so I'm giving it a shot.

CB max at 75%??? That would be a serious change to this build if that limit still applies.

MS is better then strafe in every occasion as u can control the 24arrows spreading , aim where u want, hit and run not staying like a sitting duck in the middle of big packs like u do with strafe. It really doesnt matter if strafe is better in some occasions as overall MS/ guided is the best setup

You neglected to mention that Berserker Axe has 3 range vs Phase Blade has 1 range. Also that Scared Armor has 74 more defense than the Archon Plate which makes your case for diminishing returns better than the mistaken 170. Start making videos again!

i am playing offline i have cubed a lo rune so far and built a almost perfect grief with it so my uber trist pala doesn't have to use azurewrath anymore still getting a vex lo ber jah just for one single build without even having an enigma seems idk too pricy

I'm reviewing all of the videos on line on the summon druid and I ran across this one. I enjoy your videos, but this one is a bit simplistic. I understand your views as someone running a test, but it doesn't really give the view of someone that is invested in playing this character through to endgame. I'm replaying a summon druid for the past 8 months from scratch to see how viable this was compared to the one I played pre-D2R, and being able to summon the entire zoo was interesting, but didn't make it any much better or more fun. I changed my mindset to play this character to try to push to endgame and how far I could go before I hit that wall like the druid in the old original game. I am now at Lvl 97.5 (solo self-found though) playing only at players 8 with focus on clearing terror zones (limited farming only, focus on experience). Since the game is so slow and with the focus on getting experience points, I kill everything. My druid is a hunter-killer druid. There is still a high chance that I'll get killed, which requires me to play more with strategy, making this a tactical character. I'm able to do this without the benefit of Enigma, no Ani and no torches. and equip mostly with what I find, no swapping with other characters, no trading or buying items outside of the in-game vendors. Main damage is with Ravens, since I can focus their attacks on single targets while the rest of the Army is used mainly for blocking. Use of very specific damage can be focused when necessary, with the Spirit wolves spammed on physical immunes, poison creeper for additional damage and regeneration control on those demons with fast regens. I have an Act 3 enchant merc maximized to increase fire damage that provides additional damage, especially to those physical immunes. One thing about players 8, some of the super uniques and mob bosses are very hard to kill since they spawn 2 immunities and as many as three high resistances, and really fast regen, which requires some on the spot strategizing to defeat (albeit, takes a little bit of time to complete, but still claim a kill in the end). Hopefully this experience will aid in defeating Ubers in the future. As soon as I make lvl99, I'll switch to either grail farming (only have 120 MF but increase in unique items after level 94, have picked up multiple grail items without trying) or seeing whether I can go and kill Ubers at P8. This is not a boring build at P8, especially if you change focus from speed farming to hunter-killer. I can clear most of the terror zones in less than an hour, except for some of the Act 5 areas because they are ridiculously huge (Frigid Highlands et al, Worldstone Keep etc).

Thank god I love playing Druid but playing elemental every time is so annoying. 😂

I found it interesting how you were a D2 fan for so long. I never did bnet. Very different thing to bnet version right. With net I learned of plrs 8 :) D4 started well for a month. Regarding D2R/Buried, I didnt look for it since they disrespected the old characters. So, very different look to what you had. I could not bring myself to YT, to make comments etc., even if I knew what you did regarding mechanics etc., I wanted to like D2R, IV, but it seems their devs and companies in charge are pretty hopeless to do right things. I went puke oer the new character replacements, doing wrong intetionally. Sure, I dont write about percentages and things, like never getting into the game maths, but if basics arent fixed, why should I bother. Maybe this isnt a problem for you, but that is what gave the impression in 2000, 2001.

Only the real og people remember the god-awful iron maiden in chaos sanctuary that used to be cast on melee characters. Instant death at all times. Made melee useless in there back in the day.
